What data we collect
Through the inquiry form we collect your name, company name, email address, phone number, selected area of interest and the content of your message. You provide this data voluntarily when you choose to contact us.
Purpose and legal basis
We use your data solely to reply to your inquiry, prepare a quotation and maintain business communication. The legal basis is taking steps at your request prior to entering into a contract, and our legitimate interest in communicating with customers.
Sending an inquiry via your email app
The form on this site does not store data on the website. When you click “Send inquiry”, your email application opens with a prepared message that you send directly to euroratan@euroratan.com, through your own email provider.
Retention period
We keep inquiries for as long as needed to handle your request and any resulting business relationship, and no longer than the statutory retention periods for business records.
Recipients
We never sell your data or share it with third parties for marketing purposes. Data may be accessible to our IT and email service providers strictly to the extent required to deliver the service.
Cookies and embedded content
This website uses no tracking or analytics cookies. The location map is loaded from Google Maps only after you explicitly request it with a click, because that service may set its own cookies. Until then, no Google content is loaded.
